My wife Shobha and I started Spectrum Tech in 1986 (nuclear safety related components) After running it for 16 years Shobha asked me as to when I will retire.
I said when you start your own business you don't think of retiring. but I got the message .I got couple of proposals but I was looking for a buyer who would take Spectrum to new heights and treat my employees fairly . Then came Clyde and we finalized the deal.. Shobha and I are so happy to see the progress of Spectrum/ATC (nuc) under the leadership of Clyde , Wayne and Doug .
God bless Spectrum/ATC (nuc) for continued growth .

Employee Testimonials

“Dedication to the customer. When customers are in need, we do not hesitate to rise to the occasion.”
“ATC is great at exploring investment opportunities with a positive outlook. Long term success is the focus, not short term cash.”
“The hard working individuals that go above and beyond standard job scope to ensure that jobs get done correctly and as timely as possible.”
“The way ATC handled employee needs during the aftermath of Sandy. While the business needed to operate, it did not seem to take precedence over the health or welfare of the employees or their families. By the same token, employees were committed to getting ATC back in business with some herculean effort. That time period showed how ATC takes care of its own and vice versa. It was an extraordinary situation to be sure but the culture here at ATC was front and center. I'll never forget what I was allowed to do for my family.”
“It is the values in treating people the way you expect to be treated. That comes from the top and by keeping quality and integrity first it creates a culture that brings real value to our customers and fosters teamwork and innovation.”
Doug Van Tassell
“Its flexibility and ability to adapt. Couple this with an Industry understanding makes the difficult parts of the job easier.”
