
Senior Management Bios
CLYDE KEATON, PRESIDENT & CEO Clyde received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a M.S. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Clyde was with General Electric for 25 years holding positions as Vice President of various business units in Power Systems and GE Corporate. He also served as President & CEO of Clean Harbors, an environmental services company. After initially serving as President & CEO of Argo International, a global stocking distributor, Clyde formed ATC and was retained as President & CEO. Clyde also serves as a Board Member for Junior Achievement Worldwide and Junior Achievement of New Jersey.
WAYNE ACKERMAN, VP OF FINANCE AND CFO Wayne received a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Rutgers University, a MBA in Accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Management in 1987 and is a C.P.A with an extensive general management background. Wayne worked in public accounting as an auditor for Deloitte and Touch as well as a regional firms for approximately 10 years. Wayne started with ATC in 1999 and in 2002 left ATC to return to his prior employer, a $250MM international distributor of petro-chemical products in order to run the business and prepare it for sale. After the sale in the summer of 2006, Wayne returned to ATC in his current capacity.
ART JOHNSTON, VP INFORMATION SYSTEMS & CIO Art received a BS in Management Information Systems from Dominican College and a MS in Computer Science from Iona College. Art's technical experience and business acumen were distinguished while working at a semiconductor manufacturer for nine years and then being President of a Data Management and Fulfillment company for ten years. Art also has a solid background in Sales Force Automation by heading up a U.S. Lotus Notes implementation for SONY and directing a web application deployment for over 120 Ernst & Young offices in the U.S. Art's leadership skills have led him to be a founder and the inaugural Chairman of Microsoft's International DynamicsAX User Group for three years followed by being elected as their CRM User Group Chairman for North America the past two years. Art also founded the first local chapter in NY/NJ that has grown to over 20 chapters in the US and Canada.
ROB BRUINSMA, PRESIDENT, ATC AEROSPACE
Rob graduated from the Executive Management Program at the University of Chicago's School of Business. Rob joined ATC in 2009 as President of ATC Aerospace with 30 years experience in the areas of international engineering, operations, business development, quality assurance and finance in the aviation industry with a focus on managing complex organizations with high engineering content. He is a proven leader in the aviation industry combining both a strategic and tactical approach in leading the sales growth of organizations, operational efficiency programs and inventory control programs. Rob served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering for the Aviation Supply Chain Group for AAR Allen Services Inc prior to joining ATC.
Fabio Grillo joined ATC in May, 2005 after 18 years of experience in Distribution with our sister company Argo International. In his previous assignment Fabio was the Director & Business Development Leader of Europe, Middle East & Africa Operations reporting directly to the President and CEO. Prior to joining Argo International Fabio worked as Engine Officer on Chevron and Navios United Steel merchant ships. He received his Engine Cadet Diploma at the Naval Academy of Genoa (Italy) and retired his Engine Officer career with First Office rank.
GREGORY HOTT, PRESIDENT, ATC NUCLEAR DIVISION
Greg received his BS in Planning from St. Cloud State University and attended University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business where he completed executive courses on Strategy and M&A. He is also a Certified Green Belt through Westinghouse's Six Sigma Program. Greg has 30+ years of successful business development, sales and operations experience in the Nuclear Power industry. Prior to joining ATC Greg served as President of PaR Nuclear, Inc., (a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Co.), an engineering, manufacturing and service provider to the global commercial nuclear power industry.
DANIEL R. ROY, PRESIDENT, INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CHAIN DIVISION Dan graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and from Northeastern University with an MS in Mechanical Engineering. Dan began his career at General Electric's Power Systems Division, holding a number of management positions in the engineering organization. After leaving GE, Dan held the senior engineering position at Demag Delaval Turbomachinery Corp. (now integrated with Siemens AG). At GE and Demag Delaval, he had extensive domestic and international engineering and sales experience. Upon joining ATC as VP of the ISC Division, he was responsible for the management of major supply chain management contracts with a leading power generation manufacturer, an electronics controls manufacturer, and an environmental services company. Dan was recently named President of the Industrial Supply Chain Division.
DAN TENZER, VP SALES & MARKETING Dan Tenzer has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA from Pace University. Dan joined ATC in 2000, with 15 years of engineering, technical sales, and sales and operations management experience. Since joining ATC's ATC Nuclear in 2001, Dan has been responsible for the materials management of the ATC inventory to the nuclear industry. His responsibilities have included Operations, Business Development, and Strategic Sourcing. He has supported nearly all of the U.S. nuclear power plants in their acquisition of electrical and mechanical components. Most recently, Dan has been named corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing and of the Turbine Distribution and Industrial and Marine Divisions.
LES NEIDICH, VP ASSET INVESTMENT RECOVERY DIVISION Les is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Les spent the first half of his career with GE in various power generation sales assignments. His last assignment with GE was as Manager Renewal Parts Sales in the Fitchburg, Massachusetts Mechanical Drive Turbine Dept. Les joined our sister company Argo International, a distributor for GE in 1986 as VP Turbine Division responsible for the sale of GE mechanical drive marine and industrial spare parts. He moved to ATC in 1996 as part of the creation of the new company Argo Turboserve Corporation.
