- LNG Tanker Gandria engine room floods. High pressure and
low pressure main propulsion turbines are damaged. ATC provides emergency
delivery of complete set of labyrinth packing for both units in record four
day shipment to Singapore.
- Chemical plant waited two months for OEM quote for spare
parts for planned outage. When quote finally received from OEM, lead time
was 15 weeks – well beyond outage requirements. ATC quoted customer in two
days and was able to provide delivery of parts in three weeks, well ahead of
outage schedule.
- Paper plant in Alabama required valve asm to avoid a
potential shutdown of boiler feed pump turbine. OEM had an eight week
delivery for required part. ATC was able to locate part and ship in one week
– avoiding costly shutdown of turbine.
