Our Services

Supply Chain Management and Distribution - ATC Europe Srl provides OEM Inventory Management Services, Aftermarket Parts Stocking, Technical Procurement Resources, and Distribution Services.

Consulting Services - ATC Europe Srl offers Slow Moving Inventory Management, Sporadic Parts Demand Forecasting, Safety Stock Optimization, and Procurement Process Analysis and Optimization. The Turbine Clearance Parts (TCP) Division of ATC offers an innovative, proven, self-financing process to reduceĀ  inactive/excess inventory thus improving the OEM's financial results. Our clients including GE have benefited from outsourcing this service to ATC resulting in reduced financial write downs and reserves, incremental sales and income and improved customer service. The TCP team consists of highly-experienced personnel, knowledgeable about the parts business. In most cases, we are able to hire retirees who have many years of specific experience working with the product line.

Excess and Obsolete Programs - There are SMI materials that for different reasons have very low probability of reapplication using the TCP model or are in excess to long term demands. As an alternative to scrapping, ATC has a program called E&O (Excess & Obsolete) to implement innovative processes for handling the most difficult subset of SMI materials. ATC purchases all (100% reserved) OEM inventory, typically at 1% and warehouses it in a "Slow Storage" warehouse. The parts can be resold to the OEM to meet internal and external demands or more commonly sold to the external market protecting the OEM's Intellectual Property and may include a revenue sharing arrangement with the OEM.
