Excess and Obsolete Inventory Programs
ATC utilizes its proven processes to help our customers reduce its slow-moving, inactive, and/or excess parts inventory. ATC purchases inventory at a deep discount (or inventory is consigned to ATC), and ATC markets this inventory to end users and OEM's for a high rate of return. With ATC's Excess and Obsolete (E&O) deployment skills, we will help unlock the value of our customer's inventory. These share-to-win programs provide our customers with increased cash flow, generate incremental sales and income, and provide continued cash availability.

Turbine Clearance Parts (TCP)
ATC's Turbine Clearance Parts programs offers an innovative, proven, self-financing process to reduce inactive/excess inventory, thus improving our customer's financial results. Our customers such as GE have benefited from outsourcing this service to ATC resulting in reduced financial write downs and reserves, incremental sales and income, and improved customer service. These programs have also been implemented with our European customers.
